AICommerce Review (2026): Is Peter Szabo’s AI Shopify Dropshipping? + Alternatives

Updated On

Peter Szabo’s AICommerce is a good program for building AI-powered Shopify dropshipping stores. It offers AI agents and done-for-you services. My problem with AICommerce is the over the top earning claims of making $24K to $48K in sales within 6 to 12 months. Shopify dropshipping is very expensive in 2026. Rising ad costs make this business model harder to get into. You need to spend $20 to $100 per day to test ads and find winning products. Many Shopify stores spend around $3,000 to $10,000 before they even get any sales. Then, there’s also the cost of sourcing products. Despite all that, sales are never guaranteed. Rank and rent SEO is a much cheaper business model with predictable income. You rank websites in local niches and sell the leads to local service businesses. A simple website only costs $50 to $100 to create. Maintenance usually costs $30/month. Once a site ranks, it will automatically generate inbound leads ready to convert. You ask a local business to pay you 5%-10% of the revenue they get from that lead. So if a lead spends $40,000, you make $2,000 to $4,000. Plus, this model is predictable as people always need local services and vice versa. You’re simply the middleman bringing them together.
In this AICommerce review:
- I explain how the AI Shopify dropshipping model works.
- You'll get third-party reviews right here so you won't have to look further.
- I list what you get with AICommerce, like the AI agents and step-by-step training.
- You'll discover if AICommerce students are successful.
- You'll learn more about Peter Szabo and whether his $24K to $48K in sales within 6 to 12 months guarantee is realistic.
- I show you why selling leads through rank and rent SEO is better than selling products through Shopify.
In my opinion, the AICommerce model is like arriving late to the California Gold Rush. All the best claims are already staked, and you’re left sifting through scraps. Adding AI is not as groundbreaking as it sounds. Although you have AI to make the process quicker, you don't get rid of the main headaches of this business model. For one, ecom is too saturated. You can use the best AI tools to find winning products, but you also have to deal with buyers. AI (or even AICommerce's done-for-you service) can handle things like customer service, data, and sales funnels, but you're still in charge of refunds, supplier relationships, keeping up with Shopify or TikTok rules, and running the whole store. It's like AI is Jarvis in Iron Man. It runs data, tracks targets, and manages systems. But Tony Stark (you) is the one who makes the hard calls in battle.

What Are the Pros and Cons of AICommerce?
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| AICommerce offers financing options. | AICommerce subscription model may pile up costs quickly. |
| It offers done-for-you services. | Its marketing methods and earning guarantees are questionable. |
| AICommerce includes all the AI tools required. | Peter Szabo does not appear to have any personal Shopify store. |
Price: AICommerce costs $500 per month. Qualified students may avail of pay-as-you-profit financing where they pay 90% of the fee from profits. The done-for-you services are an add-on.
Refund Policy: AICommerce offers a 120-day extended-support guarantee.
Origin: Peter Szabo founded AICommerce in 2024.
How Does AICommerce’s AI Shopify Dropshipping Work?
- Use AICommerce’s AI-powered research tools to identify demand and pick products to test.
- Build your Shopify store using AI to create product listings and branding materials.
- Use AI to draft ad copy and creatives. Monitor performance to identify which products are profitable.
- Use AI to help with order management, tracking, and customers support. Fulfillment is handled by your supplier.
- Identify room for improvement using AI-generated reports.
AICommerce’s AI Shopify dropshipping is not a fully automated business model. It just means that AI will help run your store and free up your time. You still need to oversee the AI and manage the suppliers.
I think using AI is a game-changer for small ecommerce stores. AI handles a lot of workloads that previously would be done by a large outsourced team. This reduces the time you’d be spending on the business and lower the operational costs.
Are Students of AICommerce Successful?
It's hard to tell if students of AICommerce are successful because of the lack of reliable independent success stories. My research found a lot of reviews from students claiming to have earned after joining the program. However, I could not tell if these are reliable because of some red flags.

On Trustindex, I found duplicate reviews from different accounts. As shown in the photo, both reviews were similar word per word and even mentioned the 4.7x ROAS. Both were posted on October 22. I also noticed that many of the reviews were posted on the same dates and in waves. This could be a sign of review manipulation.

I also found red flags in a Reddit thread by someone claiming to have made money with AICommerce. The replies claiming similar success are posted on the same date. These Reddit accounts were also suspended.
These red flags are not definite evidence that the program is a scam or not legit. Take them with a grain of salt and be sure to do your own due diligence.
What Does AICommerce Offer?
- Step-by-step training.
- Ecommerce AI agents that handle:
- Product research.
- Store setup and optimization.
- Creating ad copy and video variations.
- Dashboards that show ad spend, ROAS, and revenue.
- The AICommerce team reviews your store, ads, and strategy.
- Feedback on ads and offers.
- Optional done-for-you agency for established B2B stores. The agency handles:
- Advertising.
- Creatives.
- Conversion rate optimization.
What Is AICommerce's Pay-For-Profit Financing?
AICommerce’s pay-for-profit financing is the program’s payment plan. It allows clients to pay 90% of the fee only after they reach profitability. Qualified students may finance the program for $500 per month and only pay the rest when they start earning profits. This grants students access to:
- The full program
- Store and ads set up using A.I.
- A virtual assistant
- $10,000 worth of credits in AI software
It is worth mentioning that $500 per month is a sizable amount for some ecom business owners. The recurring investment will cut into your profits.
Who Is Peter Szabo?

Peter Szabo is an ecommerce entrepreneur and the founder of AICommerce and LeadEvo. He is also the founder of Source Hacker, which taught The Human OS framework and Memory Flipping technique. Peter has won the Two Comma Club twice for generating over $1 million with ClickFunnels. He claims to have generated $100 million in client revenue. He currently lives in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Born in Slovakia, Peter’s parents used their savings to invest in an MLM company. The venture failed and left the family broke. The desperation led Peter to Google “how to make money online” when he was 11. He started making $0.03 to $0.04 a day doing paid-to-click websites. It took him months before he earned his first dollar. Then, he learned about digital marketing. He offered social-media and email marketing services on Fiverr.
At 17, Peter started his own Facebook Ads agency, LeadEvo. He claims to earn $1.2 million a year by 19. A 2017 Forbes article says he managed over $2 million in clients’ Facebook ad budgets. Peter shifted into coaching after attending the 2018 Tony Robbins’ Date with Destiny event in Australia. At 21, Peter started a personal-development company, Source Hacker. Peter founded AICommerce in 2024 to take advantage of the rising popularity of dropshipping and AI.
Was Peter Szabo's AICommerce Sued?
AICommerce was not sued, but they were used as an example in a lawsuit between Rhode Island and Meta. On October 22, 2026, the state of Rhode Island sued Meta for allowing fraudulent advertising on its platforms. In the complaint, AICommerce was 1 of those mentioned running fraudulent ads. In the ad's screenshot, the advertiser claims to have made $6 million in 12 months while only working 4 hours a day. They claim that they can teach you to do the same by training you how to build an "AI company."

They also mentioned a customer review that accuses AICommerce of being a scam. The reviewer mentioned a fake 90-day refund guarantee and using different company names to run your credit card. They also claim that the company forges accounts in your name to fight bank disputes. The reviewer also said that AICommerce claimed that their $12K over 5 months investment was not enough to hit the advertised $29K a month.
What Is Peter Szabo's AI Ecommerce Claim?
Peter Szabo claims that AICommerce will help AI-powered ecommerce stores earn a guaranteed $24K to $48K in sales within 6 to 12 months.
How Realistic Are Peter Szabo’s Claims?
Peter Szabo’s claim of a guaranteed $24K to $48K in sales within 6 to 12 months is unrealistic. FuturByte reports that an average Shopify store only earns $5K to $6K a month. On the AICommerce site’s Legal Disclosure section, it says that the average monthly revenue its members earn is $7,160.46. The more active and successful students have an average revenue of $29,482.76 per month. While that surpasses the program’s minimum guarantee, it’s still a long way from $48k.
Note that these figures are in sales and not profit. It does not consider ad spend and other operational costs. TrueProfit reports that the average Shopify dropshipping net margins are 10% to 20%. SaleHoo says that beginner dropshippers often have net margins below 10%.
Final Verdict: Does AICommerce Help You Build a Profitable Shopify Dropshipping Store?
AICommerce can help you build a profitable Shopify dropshipping store if you are willing to invest in ads and put in the work. AI takes care of big part of the workload. That frees up your time to focus on managing the business as a whole. It also removes the need to spend on outsourcing.
AI can also do things faster and more efficiently compared to new dropshippers. For example, Amazon uses Alexa to understand consumer demand and personalize purchase recommendations. 35% of Amazon's total sales come from its recommendation algorithm.
According to BigCommerce, some of the key benefits of AI implementation are:
- Targeted marketing and advertising.
- Increased customer retention.
- Seamless automation.
- Efficient sales process.
AICommerce tools do the heavy lifting, but you still need to do manage the business and build supplier relationships. You can apply for AICommerce’s done-for-you service, but this will cost you and lower your profits.
How Much Is the Average Shopify Dropshipping Investment?
The average Shopify Dropshipping investment is $365 to $665 a month. That includes the Shopify fees and ad testing budget. AliDropship suggests you start with $300 to $600 a month on ad testing. This increases as you identify winning ads. The AICommerce subscription adds another $500 a month, which significantly lowers your margins.
Pamela Rutledge worked with AICommerce for 15 months. She says she spent $50 per day on ads besides the $15,000 AICommerce service fee. $50 a day would round up to over $22.5K in 15 months. Another user, G C, reported spending $14,505 total on ads 15 months in the program, besides a $14,800 service fee.
Now, let’s say that Pamela and G C ran ads for 6 months and made $24K in sales as Peter Szabo guarantees. Pamela loses money, while G C needs an impossible 85.8% profit margin just to break even. Now, let’s say they made $48K in sales instead. Pamela needs a 50.2% margin, and G C needs a 42.9% margin to break even. This is unrealistically high, especially for new stores. This could be a reason many third-party reviews claim they lost money.
What Are Profitable Ecommerce Business Ideas?
Some of the top profitable ecommerce business ideas are:
- health supplements
- eco-friendly household products
- exercise and fitness equipment
- gourmet food products
- pet care items
- baby, maternity products
- outdoor, camping gear
- beauty, personal care products
- smart home gadgets
- specialty coffee and tea
Other lucrative niches include handcrafted artisan jewelry, custom apparel, vintage books, collectibles, auto parts, and DIY craft supplies.
Is Rank and Rent SEO a Better Business Model Than Ecommerce?
Rank and rent SEO is a better business model than ecommerce. With ecommerce, your focus is to find, buy, and sell physical products to customers. Plus, you’ll have to do inventory management and invest in marketing. You’ll also have to compete with both local and international sellers. Even with AI, running an ecommerce business entails a lot of work. I picture ecommerce to be like running a souvenir stall on the busy streets of Bali. You’ve got to stock up on sarongs, T-shirts, and trinkets, negotiate with suppliers, and hope tourists pick your stall over the hundreds of others selling almost the exact same items on the same street. You pay for a prime spot (just like ad spend), but the crowds don’t guarantee sales.

With rank and rent SEO, competition is way lower. You own niche websites and you rank them in specific locations. So instead of the busy streets of Bali, you’re in a quiet neighborhood farmers’ market in Pasadena, with a handful of stalls, loyal locals coming every week, and you’re the only one selling fresh avocados. It’s steady, predictable, and you don’t need to shout over a hundred other vendors to make sales. You also won’t have to look for new buyers all the time. In fact, you’re only working directly with business owners who’ll pay you a monthly fee as you bring them leads. It’s like owning the toll booth on the Golden Gate Bridge. Cars pass through daily, and drivers pay you, not for the bridge itself, but for the access you control. Local businesses are willing to pay you for the value you offer them - leads that convert into customers. Rank and rent SEO also earns true passive income. Once your site sits high on Google, there's little to no maintenance required. For example, I built and ranked the website Freeport Elite Roofing, 2017 West Galena Avenue, Freeport, IL 61032, 815-863-9988, freeporteliteroofing.com in 2020. Today, I earn $4,000 from it every month. Since it brings in 8 leads that convert, the local business earns $80,000 and gives me a 5% commission.
If you want to learn more about rank and rent SEO and how to excel in this business, check out my rank and rent. You can also work for one of my roofing clients by building and ranking websites for him. You get a small commission (around 1% to 5%) once he rents out or sells the leads it produces.
